As you may know, the user manual must go to the printer weeks before the software is completed. Occasionally, unforeseen problems require changes to the software that cannot be documented in the manual.
ABOUT YOUR MANUAL:
We are happy to report that your manual as printed is accurate, with the following exceptions:
o You can create up to 32,000 boxes in a chart if your computer has enough memory. Page 219 of your manual incorrectly states that the maximum number of boxes is 2,000.
o We have added an “OK” button to three dialog boxes. Pages 188, 197, and 198 of your manual show these dialog boxes with “Apply” and “Cancel” buttons only. The additional button adds the extra convenience of letting you make changes AND close the dialog box in one step. Otherwise, you would have to click the Apply button then click the close box. (Don't worry if this doesn't make any sense to you -- it will, once you start using the program.)
ABOUT THE SOFTWARE:
In addition to the user manual, Org Plus has extensive on-line help. The feature gives you access to an edited version of the user manual right on your computer screen. It presents a list of topics, illustrated instructions, and an extensive index. You can adjust the index to show only the items in which you are interested, then go directly to the help on any selected item. See page 14 of your manual for more information.
IF YOU HAVE PROBLEMS:
We have gone to great lengths to make Org Plus as reliable as possible, but it is impossible for us to test it in all the environments in which it may be used. As of this writing we are unaware of any problems, but if you should encounter one, please notify us immediately:
